| Mr. Tariq Malik is acknowledged for being a central player in the perpetuation of high levels of service quality and commitment in Wateen Telecom. Mr. Malik has a proven track record at the Director level in diversified areas of finance, corporate banking and TMT (Telecommunication, Media and Technology). As an EMC member of Warid Telecom, he was responsible for Strategy, Commercial, Sales and Marketing. Earlier, in the capacity of Managing Director at World Call Pakistan, he handled the task of overseeing existing telecom operations and creating new businesses focusing on deregulation opportunities.
Previously, he served as Director of Consumer Communities (Marketing) at Three (Hutchison 3G), UK. He also played the role of Director and Project Head responsible for 3G, Content BT Broadband UK, and Mergers and Acquisitions, British Telecommunications PLC (BT)/O2, UK and Asia Pacific. He also has a background in Corporate Finance at Granville Baird PLC, UK, and practiced Accountancy at Arthur Andersen, UK. |

| | Mr. Tayyab Shafi Gondal has taken over as General Manager Strategy & Business Development at Wateen Telecom. He is currently acting as Chief Business Officer and is managing a huge range responsibility of Business Development, VSAT sales, LDI, Special projects such as Long haul & Infrastructure project, Metro fiber projects and Triple Play HFC projects. He has extensive experience in the industrial, financial and IT/telecom sectors. His last designation was as General Manager LDI Warid Telecom. He is responsible of launching LDI Service fully which is catering international data volumes of traffic and delivering at international standard of quality, prior to which he was heading Common Elements Solutions as CEO. He has successful 7 year experience of working with international telecom partners like BBS Singapore, Sakon USA, Reach Telecom, Telecom Malaysia (TMHK), KPN Holland, and Newskies Satellite USA. He has brought a flavor of diversity to Wateen, with a string of achievements. |

| One of the first employees of Wateen Telecom Mr. Miah successfully launched LDI services across Pakistan with international connectivity to UK and the Middle East. He is an accomplished telecommunications professional with expertise in operations of Next Generation Networks as well as Legacy TDM Carrier networks. A graduate with an honors degree, Mr. Miah started his telecom career in GSM in 1995 with Ericsson UK providing support to Vodafone, O2 and T-Mobile. In the decade that has passed, he has gained a wealth of experience in telecoms working for vendors, operators and systems integrators in the UK and Europe. In 2000, Mr. Miah started focusing on technologies based on the convergence of voice and data and spent 6 months working with Cisco Systems testing and evaluating their solutions based on soft switch architecture. Before joining the group in November 2004, he was a director in a consultancy firm offering services to customers such as Cable & Wireless for convergent applications and VoIP solutions. One of Mr. Miah's key achievements at Wateen has been the formation of a highly experienced, highly skilled and dynamic engineering team with a focus on delivering services of the highest quality. |

| Furqan Qureshi is the General Manager Corporate Solutions at Wateen Telecom and brings with him over 25 years of technology industry experience. He is a graduate from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, Pakistan and started his career with IBM in 1981 as a Systems Engineer for the banking industry. He moved to marketing in 1985 and worked for many years specialising in public sector and manufacturing industry applications. He has also served IBM in the senior management team in various capacities including Product & Communication Manager, Marketing Manager and Branch Manager. He left IBM in 1999 and has since held various senior management positions in the financial services industry. Before joining Wateen, he was the Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Marketing at Si3, an IT integrator company. Among his personal achievements are various consulting roles, foremost of them being the establishment of an IT strategy and its implementation at a large defence agency. He has also been responsible for the development and implementation of an IT strategy for two banks in Pakistan. This included demonstrating leadership to implement change management, deployment of application systems and a country-wide network. He has also been a consultant responsible for architecting the E-Government Strategy for the Federal Government in Pakistan. He has also consulted for various textile groups in Pakistan as well as for some private sector and public sector organisations. Amongst his specialisations include E-Business and E-Government. He is a prolific speaker and presenter and since 1995 he has researched extensively and spoken on business value of technology, technology management and customer service at various forums including the prestigious National Defence College. He has also been a visiting faculty member at IBA Karachi, Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad, College of Business Management, Karachi, and American Management Association, and teaching in disciplines of strategic management, strategic marketing, services marketing, information management, business process re-engineering and change management. He has been an active member of the E-commerce working group of the Ministry of Science & Technology and has served as a key member of the State Bank of Pakistan Taskforce on Electronic Clearing House (ECH). |

Jahangir Ahmad is heading the strategic business unit of solutions within Wateen.
Prior to joining Wateen Telecom, Jahangir was responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management of National Engineers as Chief Executive Officer of the company. Jahangir has worked for over eight years in executive and strategic roles in Technology and Banking markets in USA and Pakistan. He has played a pivotal role in introducing emerging technologies of unified communications, Data Centers,
Security, Advanced Routing and switching technologies. A Graduate from Georgia Tech University, USA in Electrical Engineering; he holds various technical certifications from Cisco Systems, Alcatel, Polycom, Sunrise Telecom, Schmid and Nortel Networks. Mr. Jahangir also holds certification in Project Management and Entrepreneurship. He has worked for Sprint Telecom, USA in the Advance Network Services (ANS) division. Leading the Wateen Telecom solutions units is a challenge to which Jahangir is well suited and
he is focusing on delivering end to end
business solutions to increase efficiencies or reducing costs to help improve the
bottom-line of companies.

| Mohammed Aqib Zulfiqar has been associated with Wateen Telecom as the Head of Financial Accounting since 2005. As a Chartered Accountant, Aqib has been involved in structuring & managing mainstream financial operations for Wateen Telecom. Prior extensive and progressive experience had seen him handling strategic financial projects for the Global Group of Companies, a diversified business concern engaged in Telecommunication, Real Estate and Distribution. As an integral financial resource for the company�s Executive Committee, he successfully managed their Finance, Accounts, Treasury and Control functions. He was also a key player in their business decision making, which included core business activities of Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Technical, Coordination, Legal and Distribution. At Wateen Telecom, his responsibilities and expertise entails specific focal on Accounting & Reporting, Tax Planning & Management, Risk Management, Credit & Collection, Audit Management as well as Strategic Business Planning. |

| Mr. Junaid Ishaq Qureshi is the Head of Customer Operations at Wateen Telecom. He also remained Head of Project Management Office of Wateen Telecom in his previous assignment. He has sixteen years of telecommunication industry experience to his credit. His extensive experience encompasses Project Management, O&M of the Telco Networks, Sales and Launches of the Telco Products. Prior to joining Wateen he successfully delivered end to end project of Long Distance & International Carrier Services at Wiscomm Systems (Pvt) Limited from network deployment to the launch of products. As Area Sales Manager at Schlumberger, Public Telecom, UAE, he has worked in the international markets as well and has brought a rich and valuable experience to Wateen. In early 8 years of his career he has done hard core engineering, O&M and project management assignments in both public & private sectors of Pakistan.
Mr. Qureshi is by profession an Engineer in Telecom and also holds Masters Degree in Business Administration. Under his supervision, currently Wateen Customer Operations is managing Contact Centers and Service Delivery of the entire Wateen Products for both corporate and consumer markets. |

| Mr. Ali Irfan is the Head of Strategy & Planning at Wateen Telecom. He has 10 years of Multi-Industry and Multi-Functional experience spanning International as well as local assignments encompassing Information & Communication Technology, Strategy Consulting, Telecommunication-Media-Technology and the Textile manufacturing & trading arenas. Prior to joining Wateen, his last assignment was with Link-Direct (an Orascom/Mobilink subsidiary) where he was heading the commercial division, responsible for Strategic Planning, Business Development, Marketing & Sales. Mr. Irfan was previously working as a Director at a Communication Technology start-up with an international foot print where he played a diverse role covering Strategy, Business & Product Development interacting primarily at the C-level across the globe. Formerly, Mr. Irfan worked with a U.S. based technology start-up as a senior strategy consultant, advising fortune 500 listed companies from the Media/Entertainment, Semi-Conductor and Housing Development Industries. He has also worked as a consultant at a boutique strategy consulting firm based at Boston and New York. Ali Irfan has a Bachelors of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School of business and an MBA from Yale University. His current responsibilities include the development of Wateen�s vision and strategy in line with management objectives as well as planning of any new business ventures Wateen undertakes. |

| After completing her bachelors in Law, Ms Aziz joined Mandviwala & Zafar, one of the leading law firms of Pakistan and worked on various key national and international transactions and cases for more than six years. In her role at Mandviwala & Zafar, she was directly involved in diversified legal matters such as International Arbitration, Joint Ventures, Project Financing, Corporate Finance, Telecommunications, TFC Issues, Securities, Floatation of Modarabas, Mergers and Acquisitions, Construction and Engineering. During her significant legal experience, she advised many leading international and national financial institutions and companies. She had the opportunity to participate and voice her opinions at various forums including the SAARC Law Conference at Kathmandu, Nepal in September, 2000. Furthermore, she has drafted the Ordinances for the �Establishment of the Tajdeed-e-Punjab Board for the preservation, maintenance and restoration of the buildings, heritage and monuments� and �Prevention of Domestic Violence�. Ms Aziz has been a part of Warid since August 2004 and in her new role as Company Secretary and Legal Head of Wateen, she has used her years of experience to help Wateen grow into a strong and viable entity, including the introduction of best practices in Corporate Governance. |

Mr. Athar Jamal is the General Manager Marketing at Wateen Telecom. Prior to joining Wateen, Mr. Jamal was Country Manager GSK Consumer Business and brings with him over 25 years of successful marketing and sales experience of the FMCG industry in Pakistan.
Mr. Jamal has qualified with double honors in applied sciences and business, with MBA from IBA Karachi. He has had diverse inter-industry marketing experience with some of the most prestigious consumer brands of Unilever, Novartis. Mr. Jamal has extensive experience of various brand launches, re-launches, re-staging, line extensions, range extensions, brand activation, brand building, 360° communication development and overall marketing management and solutions. His experience at GlaxoSmithKline further honed his expertise in the areas of marketing, consumer understanding and communication management.
Mr. Jamal has traveled extensively and has a rich and diverse operational success to his credit in different markets. |
