Bank Alfalah Limited was incorporated on June 21st, 1992 as a public limited company under the Companies Ordinance 1984. Its banking operations commenced from November 1st, 1997. Warid Telecom

Warid Telecom is a joint venture between Abu Dhabi Group & SingTel Group. Abu Dhabi Group entered into a strategic alliance with Singapore Telecom in 2007. Subsequent to this, telecom giant SingTel acquired 30% percent equity stake in Warid Telecom, Pakistan, for US$ 758 million. This partnership is part of a strategy to support Warid Telecom’s continued
growth and to enhance its market position.

Al-Razi Healthcare (Pvt.) Ltd. is Abu Dhabi Group’s latest venture in Pakistan.
