The lucky draw will take place on the 15th of each month.

Terms and Conditions

• To participate in the Lucky Draw, a participant must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
  Be a legal Wateen WiMax Customer fulfilling all the requirements of such a Customer. All WiMAX Customers are eligible who recharge their account before their due date. The Customer may win only once during one round of the lucky draw. Customers who are an employee of Wateen and or are directly connected with this lucky draw are not eligible for this lucky draw. The Customers must have valid mobile and/or Landline Numbers.
• Lucky Draw
  From all the entries selected on the basis of their eligibility, Wateen shall conduct a Lucky Draw to select Customer(s) as Winner. The winning Customers will be contacted by a member of the Wateen team. When collecting the prize the winning Customers will have to bring with them proof of Identity, which may be in the shape of their original National Identity Card. Any discrepancy between the details provided on the WiMax connection forms and the winning Customers identity shall lead to him from being disqualified from the lucky draw and/or winning the prize.
• This offer is being made on a “best effort” basis and participation is voluntary. Participation in this offer shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
• Wateen shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or cancellation of this scheme caused by force majeure conditions including but not limited to act of God, Government action or events beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to war, natural calamities, failure of telecommunication network etc
• In case of any inconsistency in relation to the Lucky Draw Offer, the decision of Wateen shall be final and binding on all concerned.
• The winning Customers would have 2 weeks from being first being informed of winning a prize to collect the prize after which handing over of any prize would be upon the complete discretion of Wateen.
• This promotional lucky draw is a limited time offer and will come to an end in December 2011.
• This promotional lucky draw may be withdrawn at anytime by Wateen without giving prior notice.
• Each and every Customer eligible for his lucky draw has a fair and equal chance of winning.
