Wateen is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Director Business Solutions for its Enterprise, Carrier & SME Business to be based in Lahore. This role requires a technology leader who will be responsible for Wateen’s rapidly growing Solutions Business.

  • Required Experience:
  • Entrepreneurial Technology leader with 15 years or more experience in the ICT sector.
  • High-energy change leader with a track record in leading high-performance teams, managing businesses, and building strong client relationships.
  • Applicants should be very well versed in technology areas like Enterprise Networking and Connectivity, Data Centers, Network & Cyber Security, Public & Private Cloud Services, Storage and Compute. 
  • Successful track record of achieving business objectives, developing and executing strategic business and technology plans.
  • Experience in working with global Telecom & IT solutions and services providers.
  • Experience in working with customers on business-led strategic IT and Technology Transformation projects.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Solutions Business P&L responsibility, Planning and Forecasting.
  • Leading a countrywide team of Solution Architects, Product Managers and Presales Specialists.
  • Engaging with key customers, field sales, engineering and marketing leads to defining potential partnerships and sales opportunities.
  • Leading Solutions Technology Strategy while keeping up with latest industry trends.
  • Driving Go to Market Strategy for new growth areas.
  • Partnership and Channel Management.
  • Qualification:

Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Sciences
