Position Summary:

Join us to Provide End-to-End Post-Sales Support to Enterprise Customers!

As a crucial member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include Access Network (GPON, FTTx, ISM & DVB) monitoring, efficient fault reporting, and seamless internal/external coordination with all stakeholders until the reported issues are resolved. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued enterprise customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Join us in delivering exceptional service and making a significant impact in the world of network support.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Address incoming faults professionally and courteously over the phone and via email
  • Meticulously follow email threads and respond with proficient technical writing skills
  • Provide on-call support for remote troubleshooting of L1 and L2 support
  • Diagnose, analyze, troubleshoot, and accurately log incidents as per defined procedures
  • Manage faults throughout their entire lifecycle from initial contact through resolution, proactively keeping customers informed of progress
  • Adapt flexibly to work in shift routines (day/night/on-call) and long hours
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders (Internal/External) for issue resolution

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience in relevant field
  • CCNA & Soft skills certification would be a plus
