Position Summary:
Join our VNOC department, where we oversee and manage the critical components of Level 1 (Front End) and Level 2 (Back End) Voice Platforms across the nation. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the Level 1 position. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support to customers nationwide for voice-related issues
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively
- Monitor the performance of voice network platforms to ensure optimal functionality
- Handle and manage customer tickets with precision and care
- Uphold and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for exceptional service quality
- Continuously monitor and respond to faults within the network
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Asterisk/IP telephony systems
- Expertise in VoIP/SIP and Kamailio protocols
- Familiarity with TDM and SS7 technologies
- Advanced skills in Redhat Linux environment
- Experience in reporting and network analytics
- Exceptional communication skills for effective Interaction
- Proven ability to collaborate as a team player
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Telecom
- 1-2 years of working experience in Telecom sector
- Network certification (CCNA/CCNP) would be a strong advantage
