Position Summary:

Join our VNOC department, where we oversee and manage the critical components of Level 1 (Front End) and Level 2 (Back End) Voice Platforms across the nation. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the Level 1 position. We encourage candidates, particularly from Lahore, who are energetic and hardworking to apply and become a valuable part of our team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical support to customers nationwide for voice-related issues
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively
  • Monitor the performance of voice network platforms to ensure optimal functionality
  • Handle and manage customer tickets with precision and care
  • Uphold and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for exceptional service quality
  • Continuously monitor and respond to faults within the network

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Asterisk/IP telephony systems
  • Expertise in VoIP/SIP and Kamailio protocols
  • Familiarity with TDM and SS7 technologies
  • Advanced skills in Redhat Linux environment
  • Experience in reporting and network analytics
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective Interaction
  • Proven ability to collaborate as a team player

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Telecom
  • 1-2 years of working experience in Telecom sector
  • Network certification (CCNA/CCNP) would be a strong advantage
