Home Manager/Assistant Manager – Solar Design & Survey

The position is primarily responsible to Design specifications and functional requirements for commercial, industrial, and consumer scale Solar energy systems. The main role is to conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of solar systems.

Lahore / Karachi / Islamabad

Customer energy requirement, designing, and proposal submission.
The Design & Survey team will closely work with the sales, procurement, and product team
Provide technical assistance to customers and the Wateen sales team on solar feasibility
Provide technical guidance and presentation/ demonstration where applicable
To maintain technical competency on the assigned product(s)
Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities
Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts

5+ years experience in Electrical with sound knowledge of Electrical Power / PV Projects & Electrical PV Design in the Solar field of design & surveys
Must be well versed with Electrical & PV design Software, Helioscope, Sketch up, AutoCAD, and Electrical SLDs
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Have customer facing experience
Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution. Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions.

At least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Power)
