Join our team as the Manager of Pre-sales, where your primary responsibility will be to evaluate customer needs and propose optimal solutions using Wateen’s product portfolio. You’ll excel in technical pre-sales activities, adeptly sharing industry insights, technical expertise, and product knowledge with customers through effective communication.

- Conduct thorough assessments of customer networks, designing solutions, executing product Proof of Concepts (POC), and overseeing configurations and installations
- Showcase your expertise by presenting diverse product solutions aligned with Wateen’s product guidelines
- Serve as a valuable source of technical advice for customers, guiding them through product operation and configuration
- Leverage your technical prowess to offer guidance and deliver compelling presentations or demonstrations as needed
- Maintain a high level of technical proficiency in the assigned product(s), ensuring up-to-date knowledge
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to technically qualify sales opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making
- Assist in the initial stages of opportunity qualification and identification of target accounts
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei routing and switching within an Enterprise MPLS WAN setting
- In-depth familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei Security products as applied to Enterprise networks
- Expertise in Cisco, HP, Dell, EMC, and Citrix Data Center & Computing products within Enterprise networks
- Exceptional aptitude for delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations
- Strong mentoring and team support capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles
- Analytical acumen coupled with the ability to comprehend client requirements
- Skillful at articulating and showcasing the business advantages and value of technical solutions to customers
- Proficient in translating both technical and business needs into cost-effective solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecom, or IT
- Design expertise with credentials such as CCDP/HCDP, CCIE/HCIE/JNCIE, or CCDE would be a plus
- A comprehensive background spanning 6-8 years in Pre-Sales roles within the vendor sphere, or 10 years in Post-Sales capacities
