Responsibilities:
Achieving assigned territory’s Revenue, Profits, Collections and Customer experience Targets
Consistently work with management to develop a competitive pricing structure / forecast and budget
Accurate forecasting and sales reporting
Developing Profitable Customer Relationships
Growing market share of Wateen in the region
This role requires comprehension, understanding and familiarity of the concepts involved in the ‘technical’ aspects of the job, such as Internet, Data or other means of Communication Infrastructure as well as ICT Solutions
Managing the relationship with Global Technology Providers, such as Microsoft, Cisco, Huawei, Polycom, DELL, EMC, etc. for Wateen and its customers, where required
New ways to nurture existing customers and guarantee long-term growth
Account management benchmarks that build more profitable customer relationships and support organization’s long-term strategy
Develop and lead sales strategy and tactics for the clients
Facilitate and ensure at each stage of delivery that the communication and the relationship with customer is properly managed
Give feedback to help commercial team to have products/pricing inline with customer needs.
Interacting with manufacturers and distributors to obtain competitive pricing structure for customers as well as offer the best product solutions
Establishing relationships with key stake holders/major companies / Governments / system integrator
Coaching sales team and involving directly to get accounts with major corporations
Education & Experience:
BS/ MS / MBA
Technical and Commercial understating of Connectivity Business, Managed Solutions and Product Portfolios
8-10 years of experience working in a technology company with roles of Sales, Channel Management, After Sales & Product Operations
Proven track record of ICT & Managed Solutions Sales in a well reputed organization
Understanding of Telco and data communication technologies/solutions like Unified Communications, Contact Canter, R&S, Campus Area Network, Video Surveillance, Network Security Technologies, Time division multiplexing (TDM), Frame Relay (FR), Async Transfer Mode (ATM), Broadband Access (xDSL) etc.
