As the Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by strategically leading talent acquisition efforts and enhancing our employer brand. This role has a strong emphasis on international recruitment to support our global expansion as well.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand and anticipate talent needs
- Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle, including developing job descriptions, crafting compelling job posts, Screening, interview scheduling and arrangements, approval process management, and extending offer letters
- Liaise with functional and operational managers to understand hiring needs, ensuring alignment with the overall human resource strategy
- Contribute to the organization’s international recruitment efforts, collaborating with teams to attract top talent globally
- Engage with headhunters, recruitment agencies, and industry networks to swiftly source high-quality candidates
- Enhance and promote the employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and industry events
- Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Leverage innovative recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment capabilities
- Provide mentorship and supervision to the recruitment team, fostering their professional growth and development
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- 7-10 Years Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on international recruitment
- Strong understanding of current industry trends and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
