Key Responsibilities
- Robust technical proficiency with a focus on cyber security products, technologies, and services
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts
- In-depth knowledge of industry and market trends, ensuring strategic alignment
- Strong collaborative and independent work capabilities within a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation, including run books, build guides, and system appreciation documents
- Proven problem-solving and consultative selling abilities to meet diverse client needs
- Actively provide technical guidance and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Demonstrated adaptability and a commitment to ongoing learning, staying abreast of the latest industry developments
Required Skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Knowledge of organizational information technology (IT) & Information Security Policies
- Working knowledge of cloud stack (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- The ability to work in cross-functional environments with remote teams and demonstrate problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security / Computer Sciences or equivalent
- Masters in Information Security / Computer Science will be preferred
- Certifications like CEH, CHFI, CSA, CompTIA Security+, and platforms like QRadar and LogRhythm will be preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Cyber/Information Security
- Preferably 2-4 years of experience in information security Pre-Sales, Soc role at MSSP, Financial Institution, or relevant field
