As a Senior Network Engineer for managed services, you’ll take charge of delivering exceptional post-sales technical services to customers, partners, and field personnel. With a keen focus on customer satisfaction, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth product deployment and operation.

Main Responsibilities:
- Offer expert planning, implementation, operation, and optimization assistance across a wide range of solutions, ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes
- Lead complete project deployments, including meticulous documentation (LLDs), network design, configuration, installation, and comprehensive maintenance and after-sales support
- Provide valuable technical advice to customers on product operation and configuration, guiding them towards optimal utilization and satisfaction
- Showcase your technical expertise by delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating complex concepts to customers when necessary
- Maintain a high level of technical competency on assigned product(s), staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices to deliver the highest quality of service
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with a variety of software and features, including MPLS (L2/L3 VPN) and MPLS-TE, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, inter-as, carrier Ethernet, QoS, IPv6, NGFW, NGIPS, AMP, and ISE
- Hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies such as SDN (ACI) and N9Ks, covering DC technologies
- Expertise with utilizing Cisco/Juniper/Huawei routing and switching in enterprise networks, including SDWAN/SD Access
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper/Huawei security products in enterprise networks, such as Cisco FTD/FMC, Cisco ISE, RSA/Cisco DUO 2FA, VPN DVTi/SVTi, and endpoint security
- Proven track record of successfully delivering at least five projects, showcasing exceptional ability to thrive under pressure and expertly handle customer requirements with finesse
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, allowing for seamless interaction and support across all levels of customer organizations
- Self-motivated candidate with exceptional collaboration skills, driving success and fostering a positive work environment
Minimum Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or Electrons
- Customer facing service experience (3-5 years) in deployment, configuration and supporting large, complex, TCP/IP-based networks
- Network certification (CCNA/CCNP/HCNP/CCIE/HCIE) is a strong advantage
