You can pay your monthly bills conveniently and securely using Visa & MasterCard through Wateen customer self-care mobile app or self-care portal.

Moreover, you can pay your monthly bills through all 1-Link member banks by using the provided ATM Cards, Internet Banking and bank’s Mobile Applications. You need to keep your “Wateen Customer ID” handy at the time of payment.

  1. just log on to Wateen Self-Care Web portal or App
  2. Go to option Pay your Bill
  3. Enter the payment amount
  4. Enter the card details and make payment

Yes, Email and SMS confirmation would be sent by Wateen upon payment through VISA/MasterCard.
Payments made through VISA/MasterCard would be reflected against Activity Log of particular account in CRM.
Wateen Bill Payment through VISA/MasterCard is powered by Jazzcash and JazzCash complies with the latest international security standards and is 3D Secure. Also, VISA/MasterCard credentials submitted by customers are not exposed throughout the bill payment process instead information is forwarded with masking. Only customer can view the VISA/MasterCard details at entry level.
