Ans: Upgrading and Downgrading of services at any time during the tenure of 3+1 campaign will be possible. However, the free credit placed in customer’s account will depend upon his line rent at the time of paying advance. In case of service downgrade, his balance after downgrading services will be more than it would have been had he stayed on his original tariff.
