Position Summary
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and creative UX & UI Designer to play a pivotal role in transforming our external and internal projects into visually stunning and user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Transform concepts into compelling visual narratives using storyboards and sitemaps
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with the product team
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
- Create mockups and prototypes for effective project communication.
- Produce original graphic designs to elevate digital aesthetics
- Collaborate with in-house teams and customers to deliver tailored digital experiences
- Identify and resolve UX issues
- Implement layout changes based on valuable user feedback, ensuring our design evolves in response to user preferences
- Continuously refine and optimize layouts, integrating user insights to enhance the overall user experience
Required Skills
- Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Balsamiq, and Photoshop
- Have a strong portfolio in developing mobile, web, icon, and structural flow design
- Experience in AI-driven tools for design enrichment will be a plus
- Have problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Employ effective time-management techniques to prioritize tasks, ensuring optimal productivity
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer sciences/IT
- 2 – 5 years experience in the field of UI/UX design or a similar role
- Experience in AI-driven tools for design enrichment will be a plus
