As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be at the forefront of our data revolution. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will identify and prioritize BI initiatives that drive growth and efficiency

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap that empowers our decision-making processes
- Lead a talented team of BI professionals, inspiring them to excel and delivering high-impact BI solutions
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic BI initiatives that deliver measurable results
- Design and develop innovative BI solutions that provide valuable insights and drive actionable outcomes
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality analytics and reports that empower data-driven decision-making
- Continuously monitor and analyze BI metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and best practices, bringing new ideas and innovation to the table
- Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to leverage BI solutions effectively
- Design and schedule ETL packages to integrate data from multiple sources into our data warehouse
- Create visually stunning Power BI dashboards and reports, tailored to meet specific business requirements
- Optimize queries and reports for enhanced usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization
- Develop data architecture structures to support our growing portfolio of BI initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide effective solutions for any issues or bugs encountered
Education & Experience
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, fostering effective relationships across the organization
- Proficient in analyzing complex data sets, utilizing strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to convey complex concepts with clarity
- Expertise in leading BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and IBM Cognos
- Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence development and management
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing BI strategies and roadmaps
